From the Series:

This series consists of a mixture of photographic material spanning approximately 1987 to 2003. Material types include photographic prints, framed photographs, professional portraits, negatives, and scrapbooks chronicling Madame Nien Cheng’s career following the release of her memoir. Highlights include photographs from her lecture tour in Japan, and publicity photographs alongside President Ronald Reagan.

Access to the collection requires an advanced appointment. Many of the contents in Series 8: Audiovisual Materials were professionally created by other organizations and under copyright, or may be still undergoing digitization efforts.
