This collection consists of inauguration and congratulatory materials sent to Slippery Rock University President Dr. Karen Riley upon her inauguration on November 3, 2023. Materials and correspondence are from Duquesne University, Butler County Community College, Monroe Community College, and U.S. Senator John Fetterman. Also included is an SRSGA Proclamation for Dr. Riley and various memorabilia from the inauguration ceremony.

The bulk of the material is from 1999-2012, and includes papers and correspondence relating to the conclussion of G. Warren Smith as president and Robert Smith’s transition into the presidency. The collection also includes awards, photographs, various print and digital media, publications, memorabilia, and ephemera.
