Biographical / Historical

Mrs. Kathryn Cress Conway (originally from Meridian, PA) donated the materials. Her mother was Mary Earla Hartzell of Penn Township in Butler County, PA. Mrs. Hartzell (1891-?) taught piano for 50 cents a lesson, traveling in a horse and buggy.
