The collection contains binders with papers and digital disks (127) detailing various programs and organizations that fall under the Office of Inclusive Excellence, including: Black Action Society, FYRST Seminar, Jumpstart, Student Union for Multicultural Affairs (SUMA), the Chosen Gospel Choir, Office of Student Life, Office of Intercultural Programs, Office of Minority and Student Affairs, Admissions and Affirmative Action, and several workshops.
