Scope and Contents
In this collection is a variety of shirts from the Gamers Guild Club over the years. This collection additionally includes shirts from the marching band of which Ferrara was a member.

Biographical / Historical
John Ferraro was raised in the Scranton area and attended Slippery Rock University from 2014 until 2021. Obtaining a BA in History and a MEd in Secondary Education History/Social Studies. As president of the university's Gamers Guild, he used his passion for gaming and history to further the education and fun of his fellow students. In 2018, he hosted a comic convention at the Slippery Rock Community Library and had the proceeds donated to the Slippery Rock Community Park to help with its fundraising efforts. He also hosted his own YouTube channel where he would discuss his journey into the world of tabletop role-playing games. In his graduating year, he worked at SRU’s Archives on the monumental task of digitizing yearbooks from the 1950s to the 1980s. In addition to his activities with the Gaming Guild, Ferrara was also a member of the university's Marching Band.
