Biographical / Historical

Kristine Stebler, born July 24, 1957, attended Slippery Rock State College from 1975-1979. She graduated in 1979 with a degree in Social Welfare. She later went on to be an instructor of Health Promotion and Development at the University of Pittsburgh. During her time at SRSC, Kristine won a contest to name the student newsletter of the Hi-Rise II dormitory. The name she chose was “Hi-Life.”
