Michael Stapleton Collection
Content Description
The Micheal Stapleton Collection includes material regarding the Environmental Geosciences Department, including UCC records (1971-2002) and records on the development of the MS3 (Master of Science in Sustainable Systems) program. Contents include notes, correspondence, enrollment statistics, reviews, reports (including self-study reports, and program evaluation reports), and a binder of the original program proposal dated June 1990.

Biographical / Historical
Michael Stapleton was a professor of Environmental Chemistry in the Chemistry Department at Slippery Rock University. Over his tenure, he also held positions in the Department of Geography, Geology and the Environment and was the Coordinator of the Environmental Science Program.
