The Ida E. Bicker Art Collection contains various pieces of artwork created between 1929 and 1931 during an art class at Slippery Rock State Teachers College by alumnus Ida E. Bicker-Preto. Included are drawings, color charts and tones, design works, lettering, and other prints.

Biographical / Historical

Ida E. Bicker-Preto (1911–1994) was a 1931 graduate of Slippery Rock State Teachers College. She went on to serve as an elementary educator at Winfield Elementary School in Cabot, Pennsylvania, where she taught for 42 years.
