Biographical / Historical

Ida E. Bicker-Preto (1911–1994) was a 1931 graduate of Slippery Rock State Teachers College. She went on to serve as an elementary educator at Winfield Elementary School in Cabot, Pennsylvania, where she taught for 42 years.
