Scope and Contents

The A.P. Vincent Collection includes assorted papers and correspondence documenting Vincent’s dissertation efforts, his academic career at Slippery Rock, and personal notes. A sizable portion of the material highlights Vincent's military service in the U.S. Air Force, spanning the years 1917 to the mid-1940s. A collection of personal memorabilia, including printer block photos, can also be found in this collection.

Scope and Contents From the Collection: This collection consists of select audio recordings of lectures given on campus in the 1970s and 1980s. Some tapes feature the audio of speeches, panels, and meetings rather than lectures. The topics of the lectures include political science, philosophy, art, psychology, literature, health, medicine, biology, parks and recreation, journalism, history, social wellbeing, law, exercise science, nutrition, athletics, technology, and anatomy and physiology.All indvidiual...
