Scope and Contents

The A.P. Vincent Collection includes papers, correspondence, publications and photographs documenting Vincent’s dissertation efforts at the University of Pittsburgh, his academic career at Slippery Rock State Teachers College, and other personal material. Records regarding Vincent's military service in the U.S. Air Force, spanning from 1917 to the mid-1940s, as well as other personal memorabilia can also be found in the collection.

Scope and Contents From the Collection: This collection consists of select audio recordings of lectures given on campus in the 1970s and 1980s. Some tapes feature the audio of speeches, panels, and meetings rather than lectures.
