This collection includes programs, news releases, and other records for special university events such as ground-breaking ceremonies, retirement receptions, memorial services, dances, May Week/Festival, Alumni Weekend, Earth Day, and other university activities spanning from 1918 to 2003.

This collection consists of records documenting Slippery Rock University’s history from 1889 to approximately 2019. The bulk of the material is from 1889 through 1999. The collection includes papers and correspondence, reports, publications, photographs, audiovisual materials, ephemera, realia, and memorabilia. Also included are postcard collections and scrapbooks.

The contents of this collection include a Slippery Rock University news release (1995), and various issues of Writing and Learning: a publication of the Writing Across the Curriculum Association of the State System of Higher Education (1991-1995).
